Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
In stock orders will ship within 3 -5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 5 to 7 business days. If you need an item within a certain time frame, please message me and I will do my best to work with you. Please understand that once an item enters the UPSP system, I no longer have any control over actual mail times. Each package will come with tracking.
What is your return policy?
As a small business owner, I want you to be satisfied with your order and will work with you to make that a reality. PLEASE contact me if there is an issue with your item(s). Each item is hand stamped, so variations from photographs are to be expected. Cancelations are allowed within 48 hours of placing order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days so we can resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued because of a change in mind. Depending on the issue, an exchange may be considered.
Personalized orders cannot be returned and errors in spelling on your part will not be refunded.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, including tracking, and must communicate with me before returning said item. If the item is not returned in its original state, buyer is responsible for the change in value.
There are no returns for custom orders unless a mistake has been made by the seller or the item Is damaged during transport.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping
